Refund Policy

Chaos Candle Company products cannot be refunded, returned and exchanged.

    All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped

    We will replace Products damaged during shipment but requires a photo of proof of damage within 24 hours of delivery.  The buyer is sole responsible for all shipping costs.

    Used products cannot be returned or refunded.

    No refunds or returns because of dissatisfaction with the scent.

    No refunds or returns under any conditions due to COVID-19.

    No refunds or returns due to refusal of packages or "return to sender"
