Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-5 business days (Monday- Friday; excluding holidays) for us to process and ship your orders.

If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

Flat rate shipping and transit times will be automatically calculated during checkout. All items ship via USPS or UPS to United States.

Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and UPS tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status. Tracking may not update until your package is scanned at your local carrier.

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control.

We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout.

Chaos Candle Company does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

International shipping is not available at this time.
