Want your own branded candles, melts, room spray for special occasions but don't want to deal with the actual production?  

Chaos Candle Company would be happy to create for you.

DETAILS:

Starting MOQ (minimum order quantity) is 

• 100 for Candles
• 50 for Wax Melts
• 50 for Room Sprays

If you need more than the MOQ, please contact us.*  

No boxes or custom packaging provided.

Custom Labels: you must provide a design of your logo/brand and other information you want on the label. We will create mock-ups for approval. 

Production order can take  the following: 

• 10 days for suppliers
• 20 days for production
• 3-5 days for shipping

Some containers may be in limited supply. Please note that we are experiencing delays with suppliers and shipping during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We do not offer Custom Research and Development (R&D) i.e. making candle vessel or candle molds, creating fragrance oil etc.

All prices are for complete candle, wax melts, room sprays (vessel, wax, wick, scent, labels) + Shipping^

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Due to the nature of custom candles; no refunds or exchanges.

When checking out, please list your preference in the notes. 

We will follow up via email to further discuss choices and answer any question you may have. 

*Please note that once we create an listing/invoice; payment is due IMMEDIATELY.  Please do not contact us if you are not able to pay upon receipt. 

^Shipping is included in price. We will only use UPS for shipping heavy items. If you are local to the DC/MD/VA area; we will use a same-day delivery service. We will contact you for a delivery date.
